In October 2022, Brady and Gisele Bündchen announced they were ending their 13-year marriage. The pair share two children together, Benjamin and Vivian. According to Grazia, nine months after the announcement, Brady was linked to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, who was formerly with Bradley Cooper.

The pair reportedly met at a wedding in Sardinia, Italy. Although break-up rumours have plagued their fledgling romance, US magazine reported in January that Brady and Shayk are taking it slow and seeing each other several times a week.

One might assume that Brady’s athletic prowess has slowed somewhat at 46 years old. The athlete, however, has proven otherwise. During the 2000 NFL scouting combine, a four-day invitation-only event where scouts get to test the top draft eligible university players, Brady ran a 40-yard dash in 5.28 seconds. He recently broke his record as part of a promotion with Nobull, a company that merged with Brady’s former TB12 business. Brady ran the sprint in 5.18 seconds while another watch had him on 5.12 seconds.

Brady has always promoted a healthy lifestyle, even creating the TB12 diet, which is mainly plant-based. It involves a variety of anti-inflammatory foods, according to Forbes.
