In the same interview, Yeoh said she has been through her fair share of injuries and she wakes up and tells her body, “I’m sorry. Forgive me of all the things I’ve done to you. And thank you.”
The actress’ fitness routine involves stretching, core exercises and a hike on occasion, she told the publication.
