2. Megaformer Pilates classes
In an interview with Women’s Health UK, Markle admitted that Pilates is “the best thing you could do for your body”, praising her long-time trainer and friend Heather Dorak’s studio. Megaformer Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that she says can change your body immediately. According to Hello!, she has her own Megaformer machine at home.
3. Vitamix green juice
Kale, green apples, parsley leaves, cucumber, celery and ginger. Those are the main ingredients in Markle’s holy green juice recipe, according to Cheat Sheet. The duchess reportedly avoids caffeine and told Delish: “Green juice is a food-as-medicine philosophy for me,” and previously shared with Esquire that she “cannot travel without her Vitamix”, referring to the US$400 machine she uses to make the shakes.
4. Acupuncture and cupping
Markle recognises the advantages of acupuncture and cupping, telling The Chalkboard that she’s a “long-time believer” in the ancient practices. She said that Eastern medicine changed her life and helped to mitigate her debilitating migraines. According to Geo TV, Markle used celebrity acupuncturist Ross Barr to help her with sessions in the lead-up to son Archie’s birth.

In an interview with Women’s Health mag, the duchess revealed that she loves an intense vinyasa class, adding, “[It’s] even better if it’s blasting hip-hop and done in a dark room with candlelight. The best!”

Markle clearly pays attention to her health and that includes watching what she eats. According to Vogue, Meghan and Harry eat home-cooked meals everyday with the occasional vegan poutine at By Chloe.
