FARE Organic and eco-conscious Modern European.

AMBIENCE A place to see and be seen, Café Gray Deluxe is no stranger to the who’s who of Hong Kong – famous faces are often spotted gracing this restaurant with their presence. And with an amazing view of the city, it is no wonder this restaurant has become one of the must-visits for gourmands.

COST The two-course Revitalising Menu is HK$395, and the three-course menu costs HK$445. Available for lunch (weekdays only) and dinner.

WHO TO BRING Friends and business associates you want to impress.

TURN-ONS Chef Gray Kunz has really delivered the goods with the Revitalising Menu, which aims to stay eco-friendly, vegetarian (it can be made vegan), and best of all, seasonal, so no one dish is ever the same for long. As the menu aims to be healthy, too, one can be truly surprised at how much flavour there is in even the simplest and most natural ingredients. We tried the tofu Caprese salad with tomatoes and crispy rice and stuffed zucchini Bolognese. Portions are also just right for a nicely satiating meal. The menu changes every few months with the season.

TURN OFFS For those who prefer a predictable menu, this may not be good as the seasonal ingredients and dishes change regularly.

DRINKS There is a selection of cocktails, some with interesting names like Pandan Cake and Pocket Money, which can be made non-alcoholic.
