Just this weekend, Creed actor Michael B. Jordan was involved in a dangerous collision when he slammed his Ferrari into a parked car in Los Angeles. Luckily the actor walked away unharmed.

Over the years, there have been numerous other celebrity car accidents.

From minor fender benders to potentially fatal incidents, here are five stars who had luck on their side and emerged unscathed from a car crash.

1. Michael B. Jordan

Jordan was involved in an accident in Hollywood last Saturday night while operating his blue Ferrari 812 Superfast when he struck a parked Kia.

The Black Panther actor escaped unharmed, but his US$429,000 Ferrari did not. TMZ posted photos showing significant damage to the right front fender, and ripped clean wheel and hub of the supercar.

Jordan wasn’t put through a field sobriety test, but no arrests were made and there was no proof of a DUI.

2. Alan Ruck

Earlier this year, the Succession actor was involved in a car crash that involved multiple vehicles in Hollywood.

Ruck was driving his pickup truck when he rear-ended a vehicle at an intersection and hit another one before crashing into a pizza restaurant … on Halloween.

Whether a sobriety check was performed is unknown but, according to People, no one was seriously injured.

3. Pete Davidson

The Saturday Night Live comedian slammed into a Beverly Hills home in March this year after driving recklessly and losing control of his Mercedes-Benz.

Davidson was charged with one misdemeanour count and placed under an 18-month diversion programme in July.

Just months later, in October, Davidson was involved in yet another fender bender as he was leaving a stand-up comedy show in Los Angeles.

Witnesses said that the 29-year-old comedian had swiped his SUV against a wall as he was leaving the event, according to reports.

Throughout his career, Bieber has been involved in a series of fender benders but has always walked away unharmed.

The Canadian pop star was 17 when he got in a minor collision in Los Angeles while driving a black Ferrari in 2011. According to E! News, Bieber was struck by a Honda Civic that was attempting to manoeuvre around his car as the singer was passing through an underground parking structure.

Three years later, the “Sorry” hitmaker was charged with intoxicated driving, resisting arrest, as well as driving without a valid licence after he was arrested for drag-racing a yellow Lamborghini, per The Guardian.

5. Cristiano Ronaldo

Unfortunately, his Ferrari 599 GTB is no longer a part of the collection. Two days after he collected the keys to the supercar in 2009, he lost control in a tunnel under Manchester airport and crashed the sports car beyond recognition. Fortunately, Ronaldo managed to walk away unscathed from the crash.

The totalled Ferrari was put up for auction in 2013 on eBay, according to Business Insider.
